The IVR is an Interactive Voice Response system. Callers to your business will hear a personalised voice message with options to guide them to the correct department or extension. For example “Welcome, please press 1 for Sales, 2 for Support, 3 for Accounts, or 4 for anything else”.
A Hunt Group is great call management system that allows you the flexibility for multiple phones or mobiles to ring simultaneously or one by one, on an inbound call.
You can set up a Call Queue for each Group in your Account. Once a Call Queue has been set up for a Group, incoming calls are queued if all of the Group’s members are busy. The caller will then be diverted to the first member of the Group who becomes available. You can also set up rules for queue timeouts and set bespoke announcements to play at set loops for callers within the queue.
Our PBX has the ability to the record calls your make and receive in the business. We also enable you to 'mute' a call recording temporarily to take payment details over the phone and remain FCA compliant. Call Barge - Enables a Managers to take control of a call if necessary. By entering a code they can break into a conversation between two extensions or an extension and an outside line.

It can always be open or locked down for use between specific dates and times. Your colleagues and clients can also join from any ordinary telephone anywhere in the world.
