Inbound Call Queue
An inbound queue will play customised hold music or messages whilst your customers are waiting to speak to you. If you're not taking an IVR, a queue can also play a company pre-connection greeting.
Queue's can also provide advanced reporting on caller wait time, answer distribution and more. Queue's are ideal for business who have higher inbound calls.
We can transfer or "port" your existing number or numbers to us. A a single line number can be changed to a multi line number. So, for example, a single number on a single line can support one call, whereas once it has been ported to VoIP, it can allow multiple calls at the same time (as much as your internet connection can handle). should you move office you can still keep your numbers doing this means you won't lose any existing advertised numbers you have.
Some routers do not handle VoIP very well. ISP's tend to provide cheap routers free of charge which block VoIP. Billion routers, most BT routers, Draytek, Zyxel and some Netgear handle VoIP. If you are unsure, it's best to call us with the make / model of your current router.
VoIP call recording is a secure feature that creates secure audio files of each phone conversation in the cloud. Incoming calls and outcoming calls can be recorded. Once the call has been recorded, you can go back to it and review the converstaion as many times as you want to.
