To ensure that we are ready to comply with our requirements from Ofcom, we will be making the change on Jibba Jabba phone systems from the 29th July 2021.
If a user or call group does not have the extension number changed, then calls made when dialling the extension number will be broken out to the new fraud helpline rather than the previous destination. To avoid this from happening, please edit the extension number to another.

We are introducing new validation rules for that will stop the 159 extension from being provisioned. If a customer has not changed their extension number and it is invalid after the 27th July, when they go to make any changes to that user or call group in the future, They will be prompted to enter a new extension number.
